James Edwards Yarbrough, 19, diedhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif after being shot multiple times by Gerson Valencia, 16. They were arguing with outside Yarbrough's home when Valencia shot Yarbrough several times with a .38 revolver.
Valencia is thought to still be in the Houston area. He is believed to be still armed with the .32 and dangerous. Here is a picture of him.

Gerson Valencia, 16, turned himself into Fort Bend County detectives on Monday, February 11, 2008 around noon. He was accompanied by his attorney.
